Atlantic Concepts Ghana invites applications from detail-oriented and analytical professionals to fill the position of Data Officer.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Data Officer manages, analyzes, and reports organizational data to support planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Officer will:

• Collect, validate, analyze, and manage organizational data from multiple sources

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data quality standards

• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports

• Use data visualization tools to present insights in clear and actionable formats

• Support cross-functional teams with data analysis and reporting needs

• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to support decision-making

• Maintain data documentation and adhere to data governance procedures

• Meet reporting deadlines while managing multiple data tasks efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Have 2–3 years of professional experience in a data-related role

• Hold an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to high data quality

• Possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills

• Be proficient in data visualization tools

Experience with databases and reporting systems will be an advantage.
