Position Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Deposit Mobilization Supervisor to lead and supervise deposit mobilization activities within the Kaneshie area. This role plays a critical part in creating a high-performing sales culture while strengthening customer relationships and growing the institution’s deposit base.

The successful candidate will supervise frontline teams, implement deposit mobilization strategies, and ensure targets are achieved in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate deposit mobilization activities to achieve assigned targets.

• Lead, coach, and monitor deposit mobilization officers and sales teams.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain deposits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reports.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support marketing and promotional activities to grow the deposit portfolio.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on deposit mobilization activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom) or HND in any discipline.

Experience

• Applicant must currently be supervising deposit mobilization.

• 3–8 years of experience in sales, banking, or a related financial services environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

• Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
