Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Deputy Administrator to support the smooth functioning of our administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating daily activities, managing administrative processes, and supporting senior leadership in achieving organizational objectives.

This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead administrative initiatives effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Administrator in overseeing daily administrative operations.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and official communications.

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure high standards of performance.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

  • Support budget monitoring, resource allocation, and office management tasks.

  • Implement and monitor organizational policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.


Educational Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
