Role Overview
A fast-growing digital services firm is seeking highly organized and ICT-compliant graduates to support its content updates and related activities. The role requires advance online search skills, speed, consistency, and strong familiarity with modern digital tools, including AI (Chat GPT, Google Gemina), Google Workspace tools such as spreadsheets, email etc.
Successful candidates will work in a structured office environment and contribute to the daily processing, structuring, and publication of large volumes of digital information in line with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Use advance search skills to locate, adapt and submit appropriate content daily
- Accurately process, structure, and publish digital content using internal platforms and tools
Work with structured templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines
Utilize ICT tools and AI-assisted software to improve speed and efficiency
Maintain high daily output while ensuring quality and completeness of information
Verify content accuracy, formatting, and relevance before submission
Follow operational workflows and productivity targets set by management
Performance Expectations
Ability to handle high-volume digital tasks daily
Strong time management skills with minimal supervision
Consistent productivity and adherence to internal benchmarks
- Ability to use IA tools to handle routine admin tasks thereby being super-efficient
Required Qualifications
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute required. Shortlisted candidates will be tested.
Minimum of SHS certificate or diploma is required. HND or Bachelor’s Degree holders can also apply.
Strong computer literacy and comfort working online for extended periods
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI toolsÂ
Excellent written English and basic editing skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work from the office, Monday to Friday
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS tools, or structured data entry systems
Ability to work under volume-driven environments
Fast learner with strong ethical standards
