Position Summary

Aquantuo is seeking a creative, highly motivated, and results-driven Digital Content Coordinator to lead the development of engaging digital content across multiple online platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and digital growth through compelling storytelling and high-quality multimedia content.

This role requires strong expertise in content creation, videography, social media management, and digital marketing within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Lead Generation

  • Develop, manage, and publish engaging content across TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and distribute high-quality short-form video content that drives engagement and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Maintain a consistent and strategic content pipeline to support audience growth and brand awareness.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and transform them into relevant, on-brand content opportunities.

Videography & Content Production

  • Lead end-to-end video production processes, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Capture high-quality visuals that effectively communicate Aquantuo’s services, customer value, and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, and branded content projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all content while maintaining high production and creative standards.

Digital Infrastructure & SEO

  • Support website SEO initiatives to improve search visibility, website traffic, and online performance.
  • Optimize digital content for both search engines and audience engagement.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support marketing attribution and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency across digital campaigns and platforms.

Revenue Growth & Brand Visibility

  • Develop digital content that highlights Aquantuo’s logistics, shipping, warehousing, and 3PL capabilities.
  • Support digital campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure consistent online visibility of Aquantuo’s services and solutions across all digital channels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in digital content creation, social media management, videography, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong videography, video editing, and multimedia storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and evolving social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate marketing data.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or technology industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as:
    • Google Analytics
    • Hootsuite
    • SEMrush
    • Other digital reporting and analytics platforms
