Job Summary

Digicraft Ghana is seeking a results-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using digital analytics tools to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence and digital engagement.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovation in campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience building and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
