Position Summary

Hudai Foundation is seeking a motivated Junior / Mid-Level Digital Media & Graphic Design Officer to support digital communication, content creation, and branding initiatives. The role contributes to a vibrant and engaging online presence by producing visually compelling graphics, social media content, and other digital assets.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while helping Hudai Foundation connect with its audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, visual content, and layouts for digital and print media.

• Support social media content creation and publishing across multiple platforms.

• Assist in photography and visual documentation of events and projects (basic photography skills are an advantage).

• Maintain brand consistency and ensure visual content aligns with Hudai Foundation’s identity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative content for campaigns, programs, and events.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Continuously improve skills and stay updated on design trends and digital media best practices.

• Work independently and proactively while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Basic to intermediate experience in graphic design; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is an asset.

• Understanding of social media platforms and content publishing.

• Basic photography skills are advantageous.

• Willingness to learn, improve, and work independently over time.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Based in Ghana and currently residing in Accra.

• Availability to work on-site when required.
