Primary Duties:

• Transport employees and goods to and from various locations within and outside Accra.
• Take responsibility for the ‘collection’ and ‘delivery of official supplies and other stocks to and from any designated location.
• Plan routes using GPS or electronic maps to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Adhere to safety regulations and traffic laws.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection (brakes, tires, level of fuel, lubricants etc)
• Ensure scheduled servicing is completed.
• Keep accurate daily logs of mileage, fuel usage and travel times.

Other Competencies

• Good writing and communications skills.
• Knowledge of the geographical boundaries of Accra and Outside Accra.
• Ability to drive long distance.
• Requirements
• Minimum SHS
• Minimum 5 years driving experience (in similar role is an advantage)
• Minimum valid driving license C
