Role Summary

The Driver will support safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services for staff, partners, and project activities. The successful candidate will ensure proper vehicle maintenance, compliance with transport and safety procedures, and professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders across operational locations.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Logistics Support

• Provide safe and timely transportation for staff, partners, and programme activities
• Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with organisational transport policies and road safety regulations
• Support field visits, project implementation activities, and stakeholder engagements
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel records, and movement documentation

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Report vehicle faults, servicing needs, and repair requirements promptly
• Ensure assigned vehicles remain clean, roadworthy, and fully equipped for operations
• Support adherence to safety and security procedures during travel and field assignments

Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist with transport coordination and delivery of documents or supplies where required
• Support logistics activities and field operations when assigned
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and assignments

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant driving experience
• Valid driver’s licence with a strong safety record

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in basic vehicle mechanics is an advantage
• Familiarity with terrains and operational areas where CRS operates
