Role Overview

Penia Engineering is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to support daily transportation needs and ensure the safe and timely movement of personnel, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Plan routes efficiently to minimize delays and ensure punctuality.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within a corporate or engineering environment.
• Good knowledge of road networks within Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
