Position Summary

Regimanuel Gray Limited is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to support the efficient transportation of goods, documents, and passengers. The successful candidate will ensure safe and timely deliveries, maintain assigned vehicles in excellent condition, and uphold the company’s commitment to professionalism and reliability.

The role requires a safety-conscious individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods, documents, and passengers safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company transportation policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel consumption records, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle remains clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Safeguard company assets and transported items at all times.
• Support administrative and operational transportation needs as assigned.
• Respond professionally to transportation requests and schedule changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting company personnel and documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience in a corporate, commercial, or professional environment.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
