Job Summary

Shalina Healthcare Ghana seeks a responsible and experienced Driver to support daily transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate ensures the safe, timely, and efficient movement of staff, documents, and company goods while maintaining company vehicles to high standards. Applicants must reside in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with traffic regulations

• Transport staff, medical supplies, and documents as assigned

• Ensure timely delivery and collection of goods and official materials

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain clean and roadworthy

• Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate vehicle maintenance

• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and fuel records

• Comply with company safety policies and procedures at all times

• Represent the company professionally while on duty

Required Qualifications & Experience

• WASSCE Certificate or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle type

• 3 to 5 years’ proven experience as a professional driver (corporate or commercial experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Accra roads and traffic regulations

• Good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Location Requirement

• This role is based in Accra

• Applicants must reside in Accra or be readily available to work there
