We are seeking skilled and responsible Drivers to join our team and support daily operations across our branches.

Position Summary

The Driver will ensure the safe and efficient transport of personnel, clients, and goods. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge of Accra roads, punctuality, and professionalism. This role requires flexibility, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and goods between locations as required.

• Maintain assigned vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and timely servicing.

• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and road conditions.

• Adhere to all traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies.

• Support operational tasks as needed at branch locations.

• Report vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.

• Exhibit a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license as per branch requirement:

  • Graphic Road: License B & C

  • Kokomlemle: License B

  • Adabraka: License C

  • Dzorwulu: License B

  • Spintex: License B

• Must be physically fit, punctual, and presentable.

• Must reside within the specified branch locations.

• Ability to drive manual cars is required.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Good knowledge of Accra roads, traffic patterns, and routes.
