Job Summary

A reputable and well-established driving school with branches in Osu and East Legon is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Driving Instructors to join its team. Successful candidates will be responsible for training learner drivers in both practical and theoretical aspects of driving, while promoting road safety and responsible driving habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional driving instruction to learners of varying skill levels

• Teach both practical driving skills and basic road safety regulations

• Ensure all driving lessons are conducted safely and in compliance with traffic laws

• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of training vehicles

• Uphold the driving school’s standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence (minimum of 3 years’ driving experience preferred)

• Good knowledge of Ghana Road Traffic Regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, calm, and safety-oriented approach to teaching

• Must reside in or around Osu or East Legon

• Previous driving instruction experience is an advantage
