Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Educational Partnerships Manager to lead, strengthen, and expand our partnership portfolio. You will play a critical role in building sustainable relationships with schools, universities, NGOs, corporate partners, donors, and community stakeholders to advance our educational programmes and long-term impact.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships align with EduSpots’ mission, values, and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new educational and institutional partnerships locally and internationally.

  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure mutual value and long-term collaboration.

  • Lead partnership negotiations, draft agreements, and oversee partnership deliverables.

  • Collaborate with programme and leadership teams to align partnership activities with project goals.

  • Represent EduSpots at virtual meetings, conferences, and sector events.

  • Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance and impact.

  • Support fundraising efforts by contributing to proposals, donor reports, and concept notes.

  • Strengthen EduSpots’ visibility and credibility within the education and NGO sectors.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Development, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field (required).

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (desirable but not essential).


Experience & Skills

You should demonstrate:

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement within the NGO, education, or social impact sector.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience developing proposals, reports, or partnership agreements.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.

  • Passion for youth empowerment and community-led education initiatives.
