Position Overview

As an Examiner (Script Marker), you will be responsible for assessing candidates’ knowledge and competencies across the Associateship Programme courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Mark examination scripts for the Associateship Programme across Levels 1–4.

• Ensure accurate, fair, and consistent assessment in line with CIB Ghana’s marking guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Examination Board and moderation teams to maintain high-quality standards.

• Provide constructive feedback where required to enhance candidates’ learning and professional development.

• Be available during the scheduled marking periods.

Level 2 – Financial Services Practitioner

Level 4 – Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers

1. Strategy, Leadership, Governance, Risk, Ethics & Sustainability

Eligibility Requirements

Required:

• Must be a member of CIB Ghana (ACIB / FCIB) or hold an equivalent recognized professional qualification.

• Must be available during the scheduled marking period.

Preferred:

• Have experience in teaching professional training, examining, or moderation.
