Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Accra
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executive leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the office. This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting leadership and team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive calendars and schedules

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation for executives

  • Answer and screen phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments

  • Take accurate notes and minutes during meetings

  • Book meeting rooms and arrange refreshments or lunches for meetings

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management

  • Maintain tidy and organized office spaces

  • Send and respond to emails promptly and professionally

  • Sort incoming mail and prioritize items requiring action

  • Create presentations and assist with report preparation

  • Compile market and industry research information

  • Organize and support events such as workshops, meetings, and conferences

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong organizational, time management, and basic project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Sound business management and administrative skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
