About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (Digital Marketing & Creative Support) to support senior leadership while driving key marketing and content initiatives.
This hybrid role is ideal for a multiskilled professional who can seamlessly combine administrative excellence with creative execution, from managing schedules to producing engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and update social media platforms (content scheduling & engagement)
- Support email marketing and basic CRM activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple analytics reports
Creative & Content Production
- Design marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, banners, presentations)
- Edit short-form videos for social media and promotional use
- Assist in content creation (captions, blog drafts, newsletters)
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools such as:
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, analytics is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
