Position Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for senior management. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, punctuality, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for executives and authorized personnel.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters and executive activities.

• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrivals.

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.

• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.

• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist with minor administrative or logistical tasks when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate (Diploma is an added advantage).

• Valid Driver’s License (Class B or higher as applicable).

• Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience as an executive or corporate driver.

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.

• Physically fit and medically sound.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
