A reputable organization operating within Ghana hereby invites qualified and experienced audit professionals or firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Audit Services.

This EOI is part of our commitment to strong financial governance, transparency, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

Location Requirement

Interested applicants must be residing in Kwesitenten, Nsawam, or its surrounding environs, as local presence is essential for effective engagement and service delivery.

Scope of Services

The selected auditor(s) will be expected to:

• Conduct independent financial audits in line with recognized auditing standards

• Review financial records, systems, and internal controls

• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian statutory and regulatory requirements

• Provide professional audit reports and management recommendations

• Engage constructively with management to support financial accountability and improvement

Educational Requirement and Experience

Applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in auditing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)

• Strong understanding of audit processes, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Familiarity with the Ghanaian regulatory and business environment is a strong advantage

• Professional qualifications and relevant certifications will be considered an asset
