Job Description
Fides Group is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Facility Manager to oversee, coordinate, and maintain the effective operation of its facilities. This role is critical in ensuring safety, efficiency, sustainability, and value across all managed properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial, security, and landscaping services.
- Supervise site staff and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
- Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and reporting professionally.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Ensure optimal use of resources and adherence to budgets
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in facility or property management.
- Strong knowledge of FM operations and service coordination.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Additional Advantage: IFMA certification (FMP/CFM) or membership.
