Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities within the factory.
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor factory performance and support the achievement of production and operational targets.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Support inventory control, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and effective communication among staff.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with management and relevant departments to ensure efficient coordination of activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
