Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities within the factory.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor factory performance and support the achievement of production and operational targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Support inventory control, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Foster teamwork, discipline, and effective communication among staff.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with management and relevant departments to ensure efficient coordination of activities.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
