This role supports inventory control, monitors production processes, and strengthens internal audit systems to maintain high standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Conduct routine audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Verify records related to stock movement, production output, and material usage.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of internal control systems across warehouse and production units.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare audit reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the factory environment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in warehouse operations, production, or auditing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
- Must reside within North Kaneshie or nearby areas.
- Must be a Ghanaian citizen.
