Job Summary

The Female Caterer (Support Staff) actively supports the organization by providing high-quality catering services to staff and guests. The role ensures meals are prepared and served in a hygienic, timely, and professional manner. The successful candidate contributes to a welcoming environment by delivering nutritious meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

The Female Caterer (Support Staff) will:

• Prepare and serve a variety of local and continental dishes in line with company standards

• Plan daily menus and ensure balanced, nutritious meal options

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in compliance with food safety standards

• Monitor food supplies and support inventory control to prevent shortages and waste

• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas after use

• Support special catering requirements for meetings, events, or visitors when required

• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• BSc or HND in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in preparing both local and continental dishes

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, orderly workspace

• Professional attitude and attention to detail
