The Field Agents will serve as the frontline representatives responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting drivers onto the client’s digital platform. Their role combines driver acquisition, registration, education, and ongoing support to ensure drivers can effectively use the platform and deliver quality service.
Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and approach eligible drivers and vehicle owners within designated operational areas.
• Promote the benefits and opportunities of joining the platform.
• Explain the registration process, requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Assist drivers to complete the sign-up process using the mobile app or registration portal.
• Collect and verify required documentation such as:
  • Driver’s license
  • Vehicle registration documents
  • National ID or Ghana Card
  • Insurance documents where applicable
• Ensure that all driver profiles are accurately created and uploaded into the system.
• Conduct basic background verification in accordance with company onboarding procedures.
