Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and client-focused Field Bankers to actively engage with clients, promote financial products, and support lending operations in the field. The successful candidates will help the organization grow its customer base while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote microfinance products and services to potential and existing clients.

• Conduct field visits to clients for loan disbursement, repayment collection, and relationship management.

• Assess client needs and provide accurate financial guidance and information.

• Support the credit process by collecting required documentation and assisting clients with applications.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and loan performance.

• Report on field activities, including loan repayments, new client acquisition, and risk observations.

• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

• Uphold ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality in all client dealings.

  Educational Requirements

  • SHS Graduate or higher.
