Job Title: Field Logistics Officer
Location: Tema, Ghana

A reputable FMCG company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and competent individual for the
position below:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field Logistics Officer to manage and oversee day-to-day
logistics operations in the field and within Tema port.

Key Responsibilities:
 Handle on-ground logistics issues and resolve delays and problems
 Ensure proper documentation and enforcement of SDG’s
 Maintain communication between warehouse, sales team, and accounts
 Ensure compliance with company procedures within and without
 Supporting the port operations team

Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
 Must reside in or around Tema
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
 Good communication skills (English required)
 Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
 Experience in port operations (clearing)

Preferred:
 Experience in FMCG or food distribution
 Familiarity with Tema routes and surrounding areas
 Valid driver’s license (advantage)

Diploma or Certificate in:
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Transport Management
Business Administration
