Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales activities. The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving organizational sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by implementing effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Develop innovative sales approaches and evaluate their effectiveness to improve results.
  • Research potential accounts and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
  • Attend sales meetings, industry events, and training programs to stay updated on market trends and developments.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Provide regular sales insights, market feedback, and performance statistics to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Candidates with a High School Diploma and relevant sales experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
