Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to support financial operations and administrative functions at our Head Office/Regional Hub. The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial forecasts
- Track and analyze profitability across business lines
Working Capital & Cash Control
- Enforce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets (≤14 days for trade; ≤30 days for institutional clients)
- Manage receivables, payables, and optimize the cash conversion cycle
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Develop and monitor budgets and cost plans
- Conduct variance analysis and evaluate unit economics to improve financial outcomes
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with GRA, SSNIT, and other regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely reporting
Administration & Operations Support
- Oversee procurement, asset management, and office operations
- Support HR functions, including payroll administration and contract management
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICA) is an added advantage
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
