Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations and ensure sound financial management practices. You will play a critical role in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and providing insights that support effective decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop, implement, and manage company budgets
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate external audits and respond to audit queries
• Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and strategic decisions
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks
• Supervise and support finance and accounts staff
• Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations (SSNIT, PAYE, VAT, etc.)
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
