Role Overview

Successful candidates actively support the hotel’s financial and operational performance by ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards. Each role contributes directly to revenue protection, cost control, and seamless hotel operations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

(Responsibilities vary by role and may include the following)

  • Maintain accurate financial and inventory records in line with hotel policies

  • Monitor revenue, expenses, stock movement, and procurement processes

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and reporting timelines

  • Collaborate with operational departments to support efficient hotel performance

  • Identify discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities and act proactively

  • Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and best hospitality practices


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

  • Hospitality industry background is essential

  • Proven experience in a hotel finance, procurement, inventory, or audit function

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team

  • Familiarity with hotel systems and luxury service environments is an advantage
