We are seeking a results-oriented Financial Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Role Overview

The Financial Manager plays a critical leadership role in managing the company’s financial health. The role oversees financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while providing clear financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, financial discipline, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounts

  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies

  • Oversee accounting records, payroll, tax filings, and statutory obligations

  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management

  • Support strategic planning and business decision-making

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions

  • Ensure effective cost control and financial risk management.

    Educational Requirements and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

    • Professional qualification (e.g. ICAG, ACCA, CIMA) is a strong advantage

    • Demonstrated experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles

    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and Ghanaian regulatory requirements

    • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial analysis, and reporting processes

    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
