Job Purpose
The Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Administrator provides financial oversight and administrative support for multiple projects, ensuring effective planning, reporting, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role drives efficiency, accuracy, and timely financial management to support PATH’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for assigned projects
Develop and administer contractual agreements across multiple projects or programs
Monitor project financial performance, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with budgets
Prepare, synthesize, and present reports from multiple data sources for management and stakeholders
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and cost principles, including US Government rules when applicable
Support financial reconciliation and review processes to ensure accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with project teams, field staff, and finance departments to resolve financial and operational issues
Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and contribute proactively to problem-solving
Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Unit4 Business World (Agresso), and MS Office Suite for financial management and reporting
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
2–5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the non-profit sector highly desirable
Knowledge of US Government rules, regulations, and cost principles related to non-profit funding is a plus
Salesforce experience desirable
Experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) desirable
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Access)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and departments
Detail-oriented and solution-focused with superb follow-through
