Role Purpose

The Fleet Supervisor provides coordinated oversight of fleet-related operations with a strong focus on communication, reporting, and brand representation. The role supports efficient fleet utilization, promotes compliance with company standards, and enhances visibility of fleet activities through structured communication and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Coordination and Oversight

• Supervise daily fleet operations to ensure vehicles are utilized efficiently and in line with company requirements.

• Coordinate vehicle deployment schedules and support operational teams to meet business demands.

• Monitor fleet performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication and Brand Representation

• Support internal and external communication related to fleet operations, branding, and visibility.

• Manage digital content related to fleet activities, safety campaigns, and operational updates where required.

• Ensure fleet branding and public-facing materials align with company standards and corporate identity.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records on fleet usage, performance indicators, and operational activities.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for management to support informed decision-making.

• Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Work closely with operations, logistics, and communications teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Promote safe, responsible, and professional use of company vehicles.

• Uphold company values, safety standards, and inclusive workplace practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing digital communication or social media for a brand or organization.

• Experience supporting operational or logistics-focused teams is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of brand communication, reporting, and coordination processes.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in digital tools and content coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
