A Publishing Company is looking for a Front Desk Executive.

Job Description

• Receiving visitors
• Assisting customers in choosing books to buy
• Receiving phone calls & answering enquiries from customers
• Relaying information and messages to MPL employees/also to company visitors and customers (via walk-in or phone inquiries)
• Connecting customers to the appropriate Sales Representatives for their areas.
• Typing of handwritten manuscripts
• Photocopying and Filing copies of documents, correspondence
• Distribution of internal documents and correspondence
• Drafting, typing and printing of correspondence/other documents for Management
• Maintaining customer database
• Sending, checking and responding to emails
• Assisting with general office tasks and assignments
• Relaying information and messages to MPL employees/ company visitors, customers (via walk-in or phone inquiries).
• Making enquiries for management via phone calls
• Keeping and logging into a register all documents that are brought to the office.
• Should endeavor to have as much knowledge as possible about the Company’s products.

e.g.. title of books, prices etc. in order to relate with customers efficiently

Requirements

• Should be a female
• Must be between 24 and 30 years
• Should have at least 1 year of experience or more.
• Should reside in or around Odorkor
