We are seeking a confident, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact at our East Legon office.


Position Summary

The Front Desk Executive manages front office operations and provides high-quality customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. The role ensures smooth day-to-day reception activities, supports administrative coordination, and contributes to the organization’s professional image.

This position suits a friendly and proactive individual who enjoys interacting with people and maintaining an organized front office environment.


Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Executive will:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage when required.

  • Provide accurate information about the organization’s services and activities.

  • Support basic administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and record keeping.

  • Assist with social media marketing activities and online engagement as required.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.


Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years’ working experience in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and basic online engagement.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
