Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Personnel to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage front office operations, coordinate customer service activities, and ensure every client receives a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate workflow with the workshop team.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information and service requests.

• Prepare invoices, process payments, and issue receipts.

• Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth front office operations.

• Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

• Applicants should be 30 years and below.
