Job Summary

A large manufacturing and processing company in the Ashanti Region is seeking experienced Front End Loader / Teleloader Operators to support factory and yard operations. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, move, and transport raw materials safely and efficiently within the production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate front end loaders and teleloaders safely and efficiently
• Load and transport raw materials to designated production areas
• Feed materials into machines, hoppers, and processing units as directed
• Conduct routine equipment inspections before and after operation
• Report faults, breakdowns, or maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment and work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with general yard and production support duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience operating loaders, teleloaders, or similar heavy equipment
• Good understanding of factory or industrial site safety practices
• Ability to work long hours and in a physically demanding environment
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance checks is an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Salary & Benefits

• GHS 2,000 – 2,200 Net
