Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable applications while leveraging AI-driven development tools and modern frameworks. You will contribute to high-impact projects and help shape the future of intelligent, efficient software development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks
• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces with Next.js, React, and React Native
• Develop and integrate robust APIs and backend services
• Leverage AI-native tools, coding agents, and automation workflows to accelerate development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping applications using Next.js, React, and React Native
• Strong understanding of API development and system integrations
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to operate in AI-native development environments using coding agents and automation tools
• Track record of delivering high-quality products quickly and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
