Role Purpose

The Full Stack .NET Developer designs, develops, and maintains robust applications across front-end and back-end systems. The role actively contributes to delivering reliable, scalable, and user-focused software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies.

• Build and support applications using .NET MAUI and modern front-end frameworks.

• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

System Architecture and Maintenance

• Develop and manage application models and data structures.

• Perform code reviews and ensure ongoing code optimization and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

Customer Support and Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers as required.

• Incorporate user feedback to enhance system performance and usability.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver project goals.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system guides.

• Participate actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

Experience and Location

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development using .NET technologies.

• Familiarity with .NET MAUI, models, and application lifecycle management.

• Candidates should reside near East Legon or be willing to commute regularly.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.

• Experience with front-end technologies, APIs, and databases.

• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
