Role Overview
The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the entire hotel. This role drives service excellence, financial performance, brand reputation, and team development while upholding refined Asian and Middle Eastern hospitality standards. The General Manager leads with integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a hands-on management style that inspires consistency, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all hotel operations to achieve exceptional guest experiences and sustained profitability
Set and enforce service standards aligned with Asian and Middle Eastern hospitality principles
Develop, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to perform at the highest level
Oversee budgeting, financial controls, forecasting, and cost management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and key stakeholders
Drive brand positioning, market competitiveness, and continuous improvement
Represent the hotel professionally within the local and international hospitality community
Qualifications & Experience
Proven hotel management leader with extensive senior-level experience
Strong background in Asian and/or Middle Eastern hospitality standards
Demonstrated success managing full-service hotel operations
Experience working across multiple countries and cultural environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
