Role Overview
The General Manager will provide strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing business performance, leading cross-functional teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth while upholding the company’s values and creative standards.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep industry experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the company
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
Lead business development efforts, including client acquisition and retention
Manage and mentor senior management and departmental teams
Drive marketing, branding, and experiential strategies aligned with client and company objectives
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
Represent the company in high-level client engagements and industry forums
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Educational Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or experiential agencies
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of agency operations, client management, and strategic planning
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results.
