Graduate Trainee Programme

We are seeking ambitious, innovative, and high-performing graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to build a successful career in banking and contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of FirstBank Ghana.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in structured learning and development initiatives, and gain exposure to various business functions within the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must:

• Be a maximum of 28 years old as at 30 June 2026
• Hold a university degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or an HND with a minimum of Upper Credit
• Have completed National Service (NSS) by 30 June 2026
