Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program actively develops early-career engineers by providing structured exposure to engineering support, drafting, documentation, and asset integrity operations. Trainees work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on technical experience, and build a strong foundation for a long-term engineering career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams with technical documentation and drafting activities

• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD and related software

• Assist with engineering analysis, inspections, and reporting tasks

• Participate in asset integrity, maintenance, and technical support projects

• Maintain accurate records and comply with quality, safety, and company standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables

Eligibility & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution

• Successful completion of the National Service Program

• Practical exposure to AutoCAD drafting, technical documentation, and engineering support tasks

• Experience in engineering, industrial, or technical environments is an advantage

• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
