Role Overview
The Graphic Designer actively creates visually compelling content for parliamentary publications, digital media, and broadcast materials. The role is ideal for creative professionals with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce graphics for print, digital, and broadcast media, including reports, social media posts, and promotional materials
Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Collaborate with communication and production teams to ensure visual content aligns with organizational objectives and branding guidelines
Maintain high technical and creative standards while meeting deadlines and project requirements
Develop new design concepts and innovative visual storytelling approaches
Ensure all designs adhere to parliamentary branding, accessibility, and professional standards
Review and edit visual content for accuracy, quality, and consistency
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent graphic design tools
Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail
Commitment to producing high-quality technical and visual standards
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
