Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling brand assets across print and digital platforms while ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every project.

This role requires a versatile designer who can effectively manage creative responsibilities across up to six (6) brands simultaneously, delivering high-quality visual solutions that align with brand objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
• Design marketing and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Create visual assets including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, and branded collateral.
• Design content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all assigned brands.
• Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, marketers, and other creative professionals to execute integrated campaigns.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files for print and digital distribution.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support brand growth and creative excellence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design technologies, and emerging creative practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be based in Ghana.
• Proven experience in graphic design, branding, print design, and digital design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and branding capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
