Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for products, marketing materials, and campaigns
• Operate and maintain printing equipment, including DTF, screen printing, and heat press systems
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality printing and accurate design implementation
• Prepare digital files and layouts for print-ready production
• Support product packaging and branding initiatives with creative design solutions
• Stay up-to-date with design and printing trends to continually improve output quality
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and sustainability standards

Educational Requirements

• Relevant experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or CorelDraw

Experience

• Hands-on experience with DTF, screen printing, or heat press techniques is required

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrate strong creativity and attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
