We are seeking a Greenhouse Manager to oversee our greenhouse operations at Kumasi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the greenhouse facility.
• Apply modern cultivation techniques, including efficient irrigation, hydroponics, and organic fertilization.
• Plan, select, and grow nutritious and profitable crops for both local consumption and income generation.
• Train and mentor staff in basic greenhouse farming practices, encouraging responsibility, teamwork, and creativity.
• Supervise and guide support staff to maintain high production and hygiene standards.
• Monitor yields, costs, and sales to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
• Prepare monthly activity and progress reports for management.
• Take photos and short updates for social media to document and promote greenhouse activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing and distribution strategies for surplus produce.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree or relevant experience in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience in greenhouse management or modern farming
• systems. Ability to teach and motivate through engaging, practical approaches.
• Strong skills in record-keeping, reporting, and basic computer literacy.
• Creativity and interest in storytelling through photos or social media updates.
• Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and social impact.
