Key Responsibilities
Deal Conversion & Commercial Growth
As Growth Lead, you will:
- Lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Drive successful conversion of qualified opportunities into signed commercial agreements.
- Own proposal development by ensuring strong commercial positioning, pricing strategy, value propositions, and quality presentation.
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline to ensure consistent opportunity tracking and conversion.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pilots, retainers, subscriptions, and enterprise partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from signed agreements to successful delivery.
Business Development & Pipeline Management
You will:
- Develop and activate a strong network within the technology and enterprise ecosystem.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities across sectors including telecommunications, banking, financial services, development organisations, and corporates.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
- Lead outreach strategies and relationship-building activities to expand the company’s commercial pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
Marketing, Brand & Market Positioning
You will:
- Develop and strengthen Dexwin Tech’s brand positioning across its business divisions.
- Lead marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
- Develop and improve marketing assets, including pitch decks, proposals, case studies, presentations, and commercial materials.
- Drive digital marketing, content development, inbound marketing, and campaign execution.
- Manage external marketing partners, agencies, freelancers, and supporting resources where required.
- Ensure all brand communications maintain a consistent, professional, and market-leading standard.
Commercial Operations & Coordination
You will:
- Establish systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that make growth activities measurable and scalable.
- Maintain effective CRM practices, pipeline reporting, and commercial performance tracking.
- Develop workflows that improve accountability, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
- Coordinate commercial activities across business divisions to ensure alignment and execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic growth decisions.
- Create structure and processes that reduce operational gaps and improve execution.
Qualification Required & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Approximately ten (10) years of experience across marketing, business development, commercial growth, or related roles.
- Experience working within the technology, innovation, venture, consulting, or enterprise solutions ecosystem.
- Proven experience converting business opportunities into successful commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnerships.
- Experience developing growth strategies and executing market expansion initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or early-stage business environment will be an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
