We are expanding our international operations team and are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Guest Acquisition & Experience Specialist to spearhead our dedicated Ghanaian portfolio, capturing and managing demand from within Ghana and across the global diaspora.

The Role & Core Mission

As the Guest Acquisition & Experience Specialist, you will completely own the demand pipeline, conversion strategy, and end-to-end relationship management for Ghanaian soccer fans, corporate delegations, and high-profile talent traveling to Toronto for the World Cup.

Your mission is dual-focused: executing high-yield outbound and inbound sales campaigns to secure premium premium-tier group bookings, and providing flawless concierge-level customer service. You are a natural relationship builder who can communicate with absolute authority, effortlessly navigating conversations with everyday passionate fans as well as high-net-worth individuals and public figures.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Global Lead Acquisition & Conversion: Proactively source, engage, and close premium accommodation packages for Ghanaian fans, fan groups, corporate entities, and travel agencies based in Ghana and globally.
  • High-Profile Talent Concierge: Act as the direct, premium point of contact for VIPs, celebrities, and high-profile delegates, managing their custom booking requirements with strict confidentiality and elite professionalism.
  • End-to-End Account & Relationship Management: Manage the entire customer journey from initial inquiry and lease execution to payment collection and pre-arrival logistics, maximizing customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Deploy strategic communication workflows across email, phone, and digital messaging channels to nurture inbound inquiries and transform them into confirmed platform listings bookings.
  • On-Demand Operational Support: Provide real-time support and cross-functional coordination with our Canadian operations team to resolve complex guest inquiries, booking modifications, and local logistics.

What You’ll Bring (Candidate Profile & Requirements)

  • Sales Mastery & High-Touch Service: Up to 2 years of proven success in high-ticket B2C/B2B sales, luxury hospitality booking, corporate account management, or remote customer success roles. You are a natural closer who thrives under tight timelines.
  • Cultural Alignment & Language Fluency: Professional, flawless command of English alongside native fluency in at least one major Ghanaian language (e.g., Twi, Ga, or Ewe) to establish instant, unshakeable trust across diverse demographics.
  • VIP & High-Profile Management Capability: The emotional intelligence, composure, and distinct personality required to confidently engage, negotiate with, and manage relationships for high-profile talent and corporate executives.
  • Operational Flexibility: Total willingness to work non-traditional, long hours aligned tightly with Eastern Standard Time (EST) to ensure instant responsiveness to our Canadian market and international travelers.
  • Tech & Digital Literacy: Proficient in navigating cloud-based CRM architectures, digital payment gateways, communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, GoHighLevel), and leveraging modern AI enablement applications.
